To confirm the qualifications and competence of specialists, USLC provides high-quality operational and comprehensive electronic verification of information, which is subsequently reflected in the National Registers. The operational integrity of accurate, appropriate, and relevant information ensures comprehensive monitoring of compliance with local and international legislation by registrants. The authorized structural departments of the USLC have been developed and approved for implementation the verification processes that guarantee the highest level of information integrity.

LEADING NATIONAL REGISTRATION AUTHORITY - UNIFIED STATE ACCOUNTING

Registration testifies to the authenticity and reliability of the data of the registrant, which comprehensively forms his professional status, language and professional competence, academic mobility, and integrity. The establishment of compliance with the provisions of the legislation and internal standards is regulated by the governing body of the USLC, in case of violations of which the corresponding adjustments of the National Registers are immediately applied.

THE UNIFIED REGISTER OF MEDIATORS OF UKRAINE

URMU is an electronic database containing information on the number and composition of persons who, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Mediation,” acquired the right to engage in activities in the field of mediation (mediators).

THE LANGUAGE AND PRO COMPETENCE REGISTER

LPcR is an electronic data system that reflects the presence or absence of certified certification in terms of language proficiency, the equivalence of documents, and information that confirms the professional competence of a specialist.

THE ACADEMIC MOBILITY REGISTER

AMR is a single electronic data system that contains information about the status of academic mobility, the academic integrity of the subject, and the acquired scientific and scientific-professional skills.

WHY IT IS NECESSARY:

The registers provide the formation of a single structured database about your profession in the country of your activity in order to universally accelerate the way you confirm the information you declare during employment, training, internship, etc.

HOW REGISTERS ARE FORMED:

Each of the registers is formed by the relevant Department of the USLC by obtaining information from the following sources:

  • entering information and information about documents during registration of the subject;
  • entering information received from bodies, institutions, and organizations;
  • entering information and document information in the course of self-detection by the relevant unit of information that was not displayed during registration.

ABOUT REGISTERS

In order to digitalize data on professional, educational, academic, and language competence, USLC launched unified electronic registers of national standards.

The national electronic system is represented in the form of key bases that reflect the current status in the relevant direction.

Each of the registers operates through the relevant structural unit of the Organization and provides individuals and authorities, institutions, and organizations with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with reliable data about the applicant, his/her documents, acquired legal and professional status, and other important indicators that need to be established and confirmed for a decision.

AS OF 2021, THE SYSTEM CONSISTS OF:

URMU is a single electronic data system, which provides information about:

  1. Surname, name, and patronymic (if any) of the mediator;
  2. Education of a mediator;
  3. Language of mediation;
  4. The number of hours of basic training of the mediator indicating the name of the subject of educational activities that carried out the training;
  5. Specialization of the mediator indicating the number of hours of specialized training (if any);
  6. Improving the professional level of the mediator;
  7. Additional information about the mediator.


PSR
is a structured electronic database that provides information about:

  1. Regulation in the country of activity;
  2. History of professional activity and experience gained;
  3. Documents confirming the declared qualification and the method of their verification;
  4. Qualification and business reputation;
  5. Method of recognition of the profession abroad.


LPcR
is a structured electronic database that provides information about:

  1. Certification of language proficiency;
  2. Qualification results;
  3. Equivalence of documents;
  4. Testing centers and registration procedure;
  5. Regulation in the host country.


AMR
is the unified electronic data system that contains information about:

  1. Academic mobility status;
  2. Confirmation of the academic integrity of the subject;
  3. Acquired scientific and scientific-professional skills;
  4. Regulation in the country of residence.
